Awkward Office Photo Contest - Photos

They may not be related by blood, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t family. In honor of the hilarious new movie Office Christmas Party (in theaters Friday), we are proud to announce the Awkward Office Photo Contest, a tribute to our awkward home away from home.

Whether it’s in your cubicle, the bathroom, the kitchen, the elevator, the parking lot, or during the office holiday party, we want you to send us your most cringe-worthy office pics. Deadline for submissions is Thursday!

Winning office photo receives a signed copy of the new Awkward Family Photos Adult Coloring Book and a $1,000 gift card from Amazon.com! That’s enough to buy a really nice coffee maker.

Fuzzy Logic - Kids

“I wanted this to look sweet, with my husband and I being a little blurry, and the kids looking on. The photographer snapped a lot of pictures and of course the kids were disgusted in all of them. This was by far the best one!”

Sinking Feeling - Kids

“This is my daughter when she was almost 2 years old. Somehow she had managed to climb into her play kitchen sink.   She was then unable to climb back out.  Of course we had to take a picture before helping her out!  We still have no idea how she managed to get in there!”

AFP Loves This Family

AFP Loves This Family - *AFP Hall Of Fame*

“My hubby is a teacher. I’m a stay-at-home Mom. We have 5 kiddos, 4 of them adopted through foster care. A long time ago, I heard our pastor point out that when it comes to kids, rules without relationship = rebellion. From that day forward, I made a promise to myself to always make relationship with our kids a priority. And that means having fun with them and having a sense of humor. We want to teach our kids that being able to laugh at yourself (not in a bad, degrading way, but in a good way) is a wonderful attribute. So, we always do crazy photos for our Christmas cards. This year, we decided to make an awkward family photo.”

Bunny Hop - Kids

“This was me around 3 years old, 1978-ish. For some reason our dancing school thought that dressing up girls as Playboy Bunnies and having them dance to ‘Shake Your Booty’ was perfectly acceptable.”
